Date Night Devouring
Hey all!
Thank's for checking out our little Cthulhu inspired VN, written for 02A2 2023's Queer Edition Game Jam. Check It Out Here! #O2A2VNJam
CW: Gore, NSFW Language, Flashing and Screen Shake, Loud Noises
Intro
In this 2nd-person CYOA style VN, you play the (potentially) hapless partner of a girl who's fallen victim to the very beasts she'd devoted her life to. Explore a variety of paths to three true endings... most more gruesome than others. Summon a dropship, call an expert occultist, or serve an all new god, with plenty of combinations that lead to a morbid demise.
Features
- < 1k words
- One background, one sprite with expressions
- One seven minute (!) bgm track
- Three endings with a couple variations
- Some custom gui elements
A huge thank you to the fine folks at Fiendish Fiction! Especially Terra for editing and general guidance/encouragement, musician/composer Walksoftly for the killer track, and Johan for inspiring us with all those chicken facts!

This is really cool! (Spoilers:) I love how you made the eye move around, it was really chilling, and the slow pull back and reveal in the "eaten" ending took me aback. Nicely done!
Thank you so much! Is it weird to say mission accomplished? Lol. Really glad you enjoyed 😁
